I would like to order a shift knob with my credit card. However I do not want to send it in e-mail. The website only has ordering information for e-mail or snail mail, and fax. I'm not comfortable ordering something with out talking to a real person. Had a problem with that before. I ordered a part from the UK for a VW using e-mail because of the dificulty of phone calls and the time difference. Ended up with the wrong part. Took 3 months to get the right one.

contact voodoo bob - I have had many talks with him via email, but nothing on the phone.

I had to fax the form in too - I dont trust email no matter what. too easy to get sniffed.

voodoo bob is trustable as well. he visited this site after a few orders went through to ask some questions. he's quite responsive via email, but in person, ask him for his phone number if you feel the need.
