In a nut-shell, I ordered an Apexi rev/speed meter w/G-sensor on Dec. 12 from supra-shop.com. Well it does not show up and does not show up, so I decide to call up the email conformation for shipping and give them a call. Now it gets frustrating. The phone number on the top of the email is one of their competitors, supra-store.com, gah, this sends a bad vibe right of the bat. Scroll down further, another phone number, call that, and it is...don't really know, an Arabic (sorry if misspelled) fellow answers I say, "is this the supra-shop?" replay "no wrong number" and hung up. I had to call back, and tried to find out what it was, but had no luck. I'm not the best w/Arabic accents, so that did not help, but in the background I could hear phones ringing off the hook. Now I got to supra-shop.com, doh its down. Go back, comb over the email, and notice, that some of the text links to store.yahoo.com, and in the yahoo.com listings there is another phone number, this one at least gives an answering machine, but does not say anything about who the phone number belongs to, just says leave name and number, I did. I also have an address I got off the net, i'm asking if anyone would be willing to go check out the store front if you live in the area, info:

Also, call your credit card company and have it investigated. You will not be responsible for the charge if it is fraudulent.

 

Yeah....what Gchambers said. Get everything documented and file a claim with your credit card company. That would be the easiest way to do it. Good luck!
