That's scarey!!! I'm 5'11" and I wonder how I'd fare in a roll like that. I'm pleased you're both O.K.

I look at all these "wreck" photos and wonder in amazement how people are walking away with just minor injuries.

Hats off to Honda engineering and crash testing. If I'm not mistaken Honda did some serious roll crash testing. Seems that they got it right.

But yet another backend breaking loose. Nobody drives my car but me from now on.

I second that thought of nobody drives my car from now on..
as far as my height, 3'4 is not correct. I am 6'1.. yes, not a mis-type. I have NO IDEA how the hell I walked away to be honest. I never even blacked out.
As far as what heppen to the rear, the best we can figure, we hit a ditch.. maybe doing 70, or so. Not sure.
Anyway, after looking at the car over and over, it seems that we rolled more on the passenger side real of the car. The car landed upright, so that made it easy to get out. the top was down.
The driver, a 5'7 girl, also walked away. Slight head wounds, but nothing bad. No blood anywhere.

I mst have to say, I have a harder time getting the rear end of my 2002 to breakout then the 2001. Maybe Honda did some tweeking???
As for how she lost the car, well, she was on it hard. We came over a small hill, and she never took her foot of the gas. So the ass-end just started to slide. and she never regained control.
I should have paid more attention to how she was driving.. Oh well.. live and learn..
