You want the seats, huh??Well, all I know is the car is going up for aution soon. Sometime in Jan.
I will be one of the people bidding on it. If you were to see the interior, you would be amazed. Not so much as a scratch on the seats. I could not find much wrong with it, except for some glass all over the place.
Also, I am going to bet the motor and tranny are good...
If I do get the car, the seats can be yours. (for a small price of course)
They will not "part" the car out though. I am still hoping to get in there and get the radio out, it is an after-market one. humm.. might have to go at night... shhhhhhhhhh

John, do you remember how the seats were positioned? Were they pretty up and straight with more legroom, or did they had less leg room with the back tilted backwards more ...... I was just curious and went outside to check the height of the roll bar. I sit up straight and had a distance from the steering wheel which allowed my wrists to rest comfortably on the steering wheel, and there wasn't much distance left from the top of the roll bar.

I am very curious to know whats your seating position in the new S2K, do you think any changes are made? BTW, 2002 has a revised rear suspension, its firmer, and I think Honda did some minor change to the chassis as well.

Seat position. humm.. When I am on either the driver or passenger side, I like to sit as far back as I can. The seat as far as it can go without rubbing the backing.
My head sits a bit above the roll bar on the driver side, but about even on the pass side. I think that is because of the way my legs are positioned while I drive.

Wow, I still can't believe no one was seriously hurt from that, it looks like it could have potentially been fatal. Glad to hear you're alright.
