Virginia is a bad state to speed in. If caught over 100mph, there is a non-negotiable 3-day jail sentence. That happened to someone I know. When he got out, he sold is mustang, bought a sedan, and never went over the speed limit EVER again.

Got a call on a Sunday night that my mother was rushed to the hospital. Empty 4 lane road, downhill for about 2 miles, accidentally reached 154.

 

135 mph - twice. i was too busy praying that a cop didn't take me to jail to enjoy it though!

i have more fun going beween 80-105 on the interstate though (you know, on an open stretch of highway when you can see what's ahead for 2 miles....)
