what is the plastic thing that goes on the fuel rail called? can it be powdercoated? if someone has an extra one to sell, pm me

"The plastic thing that goes on the fuel rail" seems to be as good a name as any. I guess you could also call it a "guard".

I think you can buy a brushed or polished aluminum one. Then it becomes the brushed or polished aluminum thing.
