Default Plastic thingy on rear deck

So I ordered a replacement (mine has a terrible scuff mark down to the plastic) and was hoping someone could tell me how to replace the damn thing. There are apparently two screws that hold it and only one is readily accessible. Any help appreciated.

they slide in and out. It slides towards the screw that was holding it on. They are stuck in there pretty well.

Yep, its held on by a single screw and double sided tape. Just open the trunk, unscrew it, and yank on it hard to pull it off.
