I have those exact sizes on my car.

If you plan to lower the car...I recomend +48mm front and +50mm rear at the least. I would actually perfer them to be +50mm front and +55 rear. I use 215/40/18 and 245/35/18.

If your car isn't lowered...+48mm and +50mm is fine. And you can use 225/40/18 and 255/35/18.
