I bought my s2k about 2 months ago it had a damaged veilside rear fender lip and so as i am taking off that part of the kit, I used a blow dryer, rubber coated screwdriver (so it wouldnt scratch) however i managed to make a dent or two anyways I got off the one side but the double sided tape left behind is a complete pain to get off not to mention I cracked the lip even worse while taking it off. My two questions first I need some better ways to take off the lip, and two what do I use to get off glue from double sided tape? Soap doesnt work.

 

GooGone works well. Also, heat with hotgun to soften the gunk up first.

 

floss works well too.

 

WD-40 works great on glue also.
