Wink Please ID this rubber piece.

Can anyone tell me what this little rubber piece is? I found it in the secret compartment this morning in my newly purchased '02.

It is approximately 2" long X .5" high X .5" wide. Made of soft, flexible rubber and appears to be a cover of some kind. It has been torn loose. I haven't discovered where it might go in the car.

Appreciate the help. Loving the new car, btw.

Maybe it doesn't go in the car?

Seriously, doesn't look like it goes anywhere...

Maybe previous owner left it in there...

Aha!. I'll check the latches in daylight tomorrow and see if one has this little piece installed and the other doesn't.
