Just wanted an idea of the average s2000 owner's demography. I'll probably get skewed results because more younger people use the internet.

If you do not fall into a category due to personal lifestyle, I apologize.

Please don't vote unless you are an owner or have made arrangements to buy one.

No mid-life crisis here. Just a fulfillment of a life long dream.

PS....it WAS worth the wait!

Yeah, my 36th birthday is Tuesday, and I've been waiting too long to get a car I'm entirely happy with driving. D@mn, I don't think the car will be delivered in time!

I'd have to agree with you that it's not a mid-life crisis car. It's something that we all put off because the car isn't practical. But then eventually we get it because we NEED it.

The mid-lifers are driving the luxury convertibles

I find my S2k very practical; it gets excellent mileage, the trunk holds anything my Integra's did, and it makes my 5-mile commute fun.

The poll results are what I'd expect to see.

At 84 votes only one in six owners has kids at home! These people must have a separate garage to keep bicyles away

Well, I am married and do not have kids but I work and see maybe 250-500 kids a week! Just more than enough reasons for not wanting any kids and keep my mind on cars instead. That philosophy works for me.
