poor honda service
Wanabe-
Sorry to hear about your story! I am very scared also about taking my Stook to any dealership! There is a local dealership by me called Sierra Honda which I haven't heard anything about but MIGHT give it a try. I need to get my oil changed soon for the first time and I'm contemplating doing it myself or taking it to a dealer. How did they mess up your wind deflector??? I can't imagine why they would of had to put that down...
Well, good luck to you and I think we're all in the same boat here in SoCal. Sucks!

Wanabe,
Honda World in Westminster (714)890-8900. I had the seatbelt done there and was completely satisfied. The service guy's name is Dino, yes like on the Flintstones. He likes cars and took good care of mine. I drive there from Diamond Bar and think it is worth the trip.
This thread should be in So Cal Club.

DO NOT go to Metro Honda!! They have not reset my "maintenance required" light 2 now. When I called up to complain about it, they just basically told me to do it myself. Also, I'm questioning my bill from them for my synthetic oil change. I called and the guy told me $6.96/qt. When I get there, I see that they're selling the Mobil 1 for $5.95/qt and tell the service guy that. He played dumb and said that they must have just changed the price. So, I'm thinking that my bill would come out to be around $30+. He tells me it'll be $42 with tax. I ask him how he came up with that number and he just mumbled some BS. Well when I received my bill, the charge for the oil came out to be $35+ with a charge for the filter and disposal. Total came out to be $46+. They did not charge me for any labor so I'm still like WTF!!! Moral of the story: DO NOT GO TO METRO HONDA!!
