well seeing as ap1's are no longer produced they are right, i swear everyday some S owner calls foul about another car maker

lol... it was a joke... go to bed... someone's in a bad mood How about the RX-8?

And last I checked, Japan still used the 2.0 liter in the s2k... and I believe it is still the way it is if I am not mistaken

Europe gets only AP1. so mine is 2006 AP1 with F20c... Porsche needs to check their facts.

well your avatar said 2005 so thats what I went off of, and if Euro only gets ap1 i stand corrected...but would they still be considered 240 hp seeing as how the rating scale was altered a few yrs back? ie f22c being 237 even though they dyno consistently higher than f20c's

I don't see how Porsche can say that, when the S2000 in Europe is still in production with the F20c making 237hp. 237/1.997=118.7
