Is this possible? Has it ever been done?

not sure everyone knows about the sidemarkers on s2k. i mean most cars don't even have sidemarkers so i'm assuming most shops won't look for that factory sidemarker on the s2k unless they really know their vehicles.
that what i was going to say

Easy, I don't get any. I have a HU that plays MP3s and will be connecting a 4GB Nano to it on a semi-permanent basis this weekend.

I may work on a hidden antenna behind the bumper cover or inside the windshield frame, but it is not a priority.

One pic isn't really ing is it?

Looks good.... If you had to take a "RANDOM" guess as to what that cost you, what would you say, or are you completely in the waters and have no idea

I know what I paid to have the door locks, complete trunk and antenna shaved. Have the entire body kit painted and installed along with the spoiler painted and installed. I suspect they didn't charge me as much to have the shaving done since I was having so much other work being done at the same time.

I personally love the look of the side emblems with sidemarkers--I think that if they werent there, the abnormally long front fenders would look weird. Or maybe it's just because those have been there since the S was first put in to production, and we're so used to seeing it with them? You can also replace the emblems with roll call decals or an emblem from one of your aftermarket companies.

I am the one who posted the thread about that happening... Im going to be having it done soon... jwkim has done to his car and it looks amazing... the body shop will have to weld a piece to the back and then smooth and fill it out... Then they will need to re-paint the whole thing... I got quotted for $600 for both... I get pretty good hook ups though, so I'm not sure if thats a good or bad price.

im pretty sure thats not the best price, although when filling in holes there is definately a risk that it wont be done right. If you get a CHEAP quote, I would be worrying about the quality or workmanship

That said i have had a LOT of work done at the same shop as ruexp67, and have a good feel for their prices. We both have a good hook up there now, and I would expect to pay around $150-$200 a side (again, I KNOW the quality of their work and they give a lifetime warranty).

I would suggest doing your research
