Default preserving side reinforcement jacking points?

Hi all , i'm pretty anal to ensure my s2k exterior is always perfect but jacking up the car from the side with hydraulics on the reinforcement points , it tends to crumple in.

how do u guys jack it up to ensure that you dont mess up the side ? i can include pictures if needed

thanks a lot

No, I use a floor jack and don't worry about it since it is under the car and no one is ever going to see it.

If you are using the jacking points, it's NOT going to "crumple in".

If your jacking it up on the edges where the steel bar is not there, it will definately crumple.

If it crumples, you're putting the jack or lift in the wrong place.

In front, there are two points that look like jacking points. The one in front is not reinforced and will crumple.. do not use this. The one right behind it is the correct location.

Even if you don't, the first mechanic that puts your car on a lift will. So don't expect it to always be perfect.
