Default Price of a New 2004 S-2000

A local dealer has two "new" 2004s listed in their inventory. What would a reasonable offer be for one of these?

Also, when do the 2006 MY cars hit the market?

If you're not worried about resale, that is a great deal. ... same car and same warranty as an 05 ... and who knows, it may be just the same or possibly even better than the 06.
