Default Primary Reduction Ratio?

Does anyone have a spec for the primary reduction ratio on the S2000? It should be somewhere around 1.29:1. I've got a theoretical gearing-to-speed chart I'm putting together in Excel (adapted from the one I use for motorcyle gearing) but need the primary reduction to make it work. I'm guessing the final and 1st-6th ratios in the owners manual are rounded off too so if anyone actually knows the number of teeth for all the main/counter gears that would be even more cool! Also, anyone have a diameter spec on the rear S-02s? I did a crude measurement (placed a level on top of the tire and measured down to the ground) and came up with exactly 24 inches. A final reduction of 1.29:1 makes the chart come out reading 150mph @9k in 6th. Most of the other numbers seem to check out pretty close to what I've noticed when driving so it should be close to that. If anyone's interested I can post the Excel file when I get all the exact numbers in it. Why am I doing this? WTF, why not!

Thanks!
Mark

This has been done by several people. Here is the thread from earlier this week on the topic:

I belive the OEM tires are 24.9 inches in diameter.

I posted a link earlier this week to a web-based gear calculator I made. It will do the calculations you are looking for.

http://cvcstaff.ucr.edu/john/gearing/gearing.php

I am currently working on a new version of that script that will also plot a graph of the gear ratios. So far it does the graphing part (with a few php warnings). But I want to make it graph a gray line for a given gear zero to whatever speed you hit redline in the previous gear with and a red line from that speed to redline in the gear. This will show you how your gears are spaced if you redline each gear.

The test area for that new script is:

Gear ratios for the S2000 are here.

If you are using the new beta test script, make sure to hit "refresh" on your browser to update the graph after you submit new data. I still need to fix that.
