PRM intake throttle response blows!
I have a PRM intake and the response doesn't blow here.
My experience, somedays the engine and VTEC engaging responds better than other days. Maybe due to weather related here, amount of gas in the tank, how much food I ate that day haha, but somedays, the engine just pulls harder than other days. 90 percent I would say it's the weather here in Ohio, because some days on my drive home from work, the engine screams and responds to the trottle and I can really hear the PRM charge up. And on a very humid and muggy day, the car just feel sluggish.
Give it some time.

I've had the PRM for about a year and in hot, humid Honolulu my throttle response has NOT been worse than OEM. Coupled with my Toda catback though the car comes alive at 4500+. Bone stock it felt better off the line but not as awesome at high RPMs. YMMV.
