I have been trying to call them for days, yet no response! Sent emails as well and have gotten none in return!

All I wanted to do is ask one specific question about their product by phone conversation before purchasing it and it has DEFINITELY been a mission in doing so.

I have bought from lucid before and this is the first time I'm having minor difficulties reaching them.

 

To be fair, I recieved an e-mail informing me that my order shipped yesterday. We evidently caught them at a bad time and just experienced some communication lapses. It is completely understandable that sometimes suppliers get behind which in turn delays filling orders, I've experienced that with my own business.

 

Thanks for the update, I'll add them back to the list.

 

I'm still waiting for my order placed with Lucid on 2/24

 

Ooh man that's more than a month. This weekend coming up will be only 3 weeks of waiting and I'm already growing impatient.

 

I got a reply to an email I sent them yesterday:
* The DCI you ordered; We are expecting anyday and we will send yours right out.
* We have bad news on the speaker adapters we are not expecting for 3-4 weeks
so you should receive by end of April !
That will be just about 10 weeks since I placed my order on 2/24.
That's not good, they should be very concerned.
I know where I work we manufacture custom seals to customer specs. and if we had a 10 week leadtime I would be unemployed because the competiton would get the business.
Problem is I need the speaker adapters and haven't heard anyone else making them nor the DCI so I guess I'm at there mercy.
