Problems with Lucid Automotive.....(anyone else?)
I ordered the DCI Jan 1st and got it within a week. It broke however and I had to return it. It took a while but I eventually got it. I also ordered speaker adapters that took a while but eventually got them.
I'm not griping nor am I defending Lucid however with a lot of emails and phone calls he did respond and I did get my products.
I know he was out of town for a while for personal reasons (the lady who answered the phone told me what they were) and I can understand why he may of been behind on some shipments. Hopefully he can catch up because he is losing a lot of business it seems and Lucid does make some great products.

I was made aware to this thread and the lack of communique.
I apologize that you did not hear back from Jen on this order. With Brian away its been some things have been missed.
One thing to note is that will do NOT bill until the order is ready to ship.
2 current issues:
Lucid Adapters are being made in a different factory and delays have been longer than expected.
Anything with Excelon has been delayed due to Kenwood supplier tie ups
Instead of giving excuses for lapses in communication I will say this... We'll have an expanded line of Honda-specific installation products in the very near future and of course address customer concerns as soon as they arise.
