Default problems seeing traffic lights?

I know some have said that they have had issues seeing lights sometimes... I'm only 5'6" so usually don't have that problem... but thre's a thing called "LightInSight" that supposed to help that.... As C&D puts it's a "wide angle Fresnel lens made from flexible, optical-grade plastic."

www.lightinsight.com

hmm could be worth a shot.

reminds me of the thread (quite awhile ago) of "are you and underlighter or overlighter?"... do you look at stop lights through the windshield or over the top...
i use both methods-
the light in sight looks interesting.

Pretty shady website, though. Why not just get a fresnel lens and slap it on? I didn't see a pic on the site, so I can't tell what's special. Anyway, it's a damn good idea.

I've recently received my LightInSight and it works fine, although there's too much angle covered, making the light pretty small. I'm thinking about contacting the seller and asking if he would try one that makes the image larger.

Of course, part of the problem is just getting used to it. Anything of this sort *has* to make it smaller - pure physics...
