I bought a second remote fob, as I only had one when I bought my S. I followed the seller's instructions, but couldn't get both my new fob and the old one to work at the same time. I ended up calling their tech help line and we walked through the process a dozen times.

Try the programming with the driver's door open and closed to see if that makes a difference. It did for mine. when we got done with a successful job, I recommended a re-wording of their instructions to make it clearer. I believe you have to follow the repeat key on, hit button and repeat, procedure for a total of four (4) times.
