Prolonging Lifetime of s2000
I guess my humour attempt with the ladies part was lost in translation lol..
Assumed people would understand the level, but I guess u prolly have a lot of ppl on these forums who actually think like that , so.. I made a poor assumption.
Thanks for advice...
althoguh I hope ur not just messing with a noob for evil purposes

Most women don't like the revs unless it is in an exotic, as far as if it is ok? Sure, go for it, but don't drive all day above 6k. There's a thread here about some guy running his car at 6k and up rpm all day every day on the highways with engine failure.
Don't be concenred about the high RPM in actual driving. Honda's prior 8500 RPM Integra motor was bulletproof and the F20's seem just as reliable.
I seem to recall being told that free-reving any motor is more damaging than doing it under normal load. But I don't know exactly why that would be. Anyone know?

Ideally I want to rev it as much as possible to impress the ladies walking by me
high reving is fine, just make sure oil is in there. Cars dont get ladies, they get gold diggers. Find a girl without the car and you will know she is into you not your ride. Take it easy.

However, if you're looking to bang hot chicks and then kick them to the curb for a new model each week, gold diggers are exactly what you'd look for.
