Do the pre'04 and '04+ S2ks have the same identical feel in the shifter, clutch, and
gas pedals? Are is the '04+ stuff going to be tighter and improved?

How much bigger in the interior on the '04+?

I mean if the '04+ had the pre'04 engine, dash panel, and suspension, will the car
basically feel identical to pre'04s from the driver's perspective?

I know the '04+ have updates and changes etc, just wondering how close the
pre'04s are to the '04+ cars.

Thanks for the link. I know the list of things that changed... but am wondering
about things that are not often talked about.

For example, do the turn signal stalks or the ac adjustment knob feel the same
when you turn them? Does the shifter feel the same going from gear to gear
between the 2 cars? Those are 2 questions I was wondering about.

I know the big ones like engine size, lights, bumpers, suspension, wheels etc.

Hmm. Okay. Here's a list of things that I can feel as different, comparing MY00 to MY04.

Engine.
Clutch.
Gearing.
Shifter.
Suspension.
Center console.
View though glass rear window.

Things that are the same:

Ergonomics (control placement - pedals, AC, radio, lights, etc. - and operation of such.)
Cruise control.
Seats.
Interior room.
