I assume your intake manifold is stock?

By going with a bigger Throttle body, wouldnt you need to port match the opening of your intake manifold or is the opening bigger than the factory throttle body... Else, I don't see the point getting a bigger throttle body.

I am a newb and could be wrong and an educational reply will suffice!
