Question About AP2 Bumper

Default Question About AP2 Bumper

hey i was wondering if the ap2 front bumper will fit on the ap1 front with ap1 headlights.

Yes it does, you either trim both edges of the support bar under the bumper or take it off completely to eliminate the spider crack on the bumper (under the headlights).

you will also need to modify the ap1's splash shield to mate with the ap2 bumper or get the ap2 splash shield.

the fender liner will also need to be ap2 converted.

i have the ap2 bumper on my ap1 and i didn't have to modify anything...not the fender liners, or headlight brackets. The splash guard under the car doesn't match perfect but you can get enough bolts in it to where it doesn't make a difference

Same here. I didn't have any problems lining up the splash shields, fender liners, nothing. It's true the undertray doesn't match up perfectly, but as posted above, you can get enough bolts in where it will hold it easily.
