It's the Tires. Period!

All the other stuff matters, but nothing makes such a drastic difference as tire choice.

Just order a new set of OEM tires from Tire Rack, $600 is well worth not crashing your car.

Could it be the tire compound isn't as soft as the '02's therefore not as sticky?
