This may be a stupid question, but here goes nothing. It may be stupid, but I know I'm not the only one; I like the MY04 key more then the MY00-03. Would it be possible to swap out the ignition to a 04 spec that would take the Wave key? Thanks

 

Not really sure on what it would consist on but if you did it, you would have to change all your other locks too. Unless you want 2 different keys. Kinda alot for just a special key, but go for it. I'm not sure though if it will have any links to the ECU because it is a computer controled key. Something to look into.

I will, that key just looks bad ass. I wouldn't really need to use my door keys or my trunk key, those will be on remote, but if I needed to get them open I would have the keys. The de-mobilizer would be in the alarm(aftermarket) too, so I wouldn't really worry about that either. We shall see.
