Default Question about opening/closing soft top

Since the driver/passenger windows automatically roll down when you take down the soft top, are the windows supposed to automatically roll up when you pull up the soft top?

I accidentally snapped a wire on the passenger door while attempting to snake my speaker wires last time and just wanted to make sure I soldered everything correctly, thanks!

The windows will actually roll down when you put the top up.
