I get it every once in a while. Mostly ricers and the ocassional slowstang gt. Had a guy in an old 5.0 make a real ass of himself a few weeks ago. Revving, lurching at the light, even talking a bit of sh$t about a little 2 litter honda. I was in my break in period and not evening thinking about racing. I just nodded and acted like I was actually going to race. Light turns, I hit the gas for a sec, and he promptly smokes his tires all out for abouit 3 seconds. He finally catchs traction and zooms off. Poor guy must go through a lot of rubber that way!
Another fun thing is to roll down the window and start questioning them. Just act like you have no clue why they're revving thier engine. 'Hey man, is that thing having trouble idleing?' or 'Hmm, maybe you need to get that little civic fixed, looks like someone screwed up your exhaust can!' and my fav "Ouch, I'd be really pissed too if someone put all those stickers all over my car, try Goo-B-Gone!'

That doesn't happen to me much. They pull up next to me, hear the blower whining and the Spugen exhaust and pretty much give up there....

I've had my car for about a month now and believe it or not I have not been hit up for a race. It's crazy but true. For sure I thought I would get a race the first day I drove it, but have not found one yet. Hmmmm making me wonder if these guy's just know they'd would get spanked.

Well, I have don't have that problem down here. I have all I can do to zig zag thru all the Grand Marquis (or as they say here in So. Florida...Grand Retirees). Race me? I don't think so. They can't even see me.
