Default Question about the T1R test pipe

Is it true I can use my heat shield around my stock cat to cover the T1R test pipe so it looks like a cat converter? Or will it become loose or rattle over time? I found one on ebay for $130, is that a good deal?

I used t1r testpipe before and yes you can make it look like a cat converter. It has mounting places for that.

Has anyone experienced rattle noise with the heat shield on the T1R Test Pipe?

If you track the car, I will suggest you NOT to mount the heatsheild because there's a lot of vibration there so if you track or abbuse it too much the brackets will have chances to break off.
