Question about wet okole seat covers - can they be removed easily?
I need to get seat covers ASAP now that I've discovered that I am destroying my two-week over leather driver's seat. (The color has rubbed off the side already... ugh.)
Question: is it relatively easy to remove and reinstall seat covers like wet okoles on a semi-regular basis? For example, let's say I want to remove them and use the regular "stock" leather for date/just-because/whatever, a few times a year, is this a big deal? Or are they really designed to be put on once then not removed?

their website makes it sound like its a simple thing, not sure though; i was trying to figure out if they cover up the leather/color completely? ie. for a interior color change.

The fastener are underneath the seat. I guess if your hands are small and nimble enough you can fasten them. But the majority of ppl take the seat out (it's only 4 bolts) to make the job easier.

Take it to the dealer, they should replace your two-week old seats. I've had mine for 29,800 miles and they still look new. Small wrinkles on the support, but still looks good.

Hi All,
I would definitely seek warranty coverage on your seats!! But if you are still set on the Wet Okale seats, I highly recommend them. I have had mine since the spring group buy and love them. I put them in easily without taking the seats out, and they remove even easier. They look like an OEM option and I get nothing but compliments about them.

I would seek recourse with the dealer. That being said, I have had Wet Okoles for ~2 years. I got them for the aesthetic value, I have the black with red flowered centers, they look like my favorite apparel, an Hawaiian Shirt.
The fit is very good and they are very durable.
