Question about Windshield Seal

If so, I believe my 2008 looks similar, I will verify this tonight after work.

Yes!! that is what I am talking about that gap. The problem is as stated above, when I lock the ST the pressure pulls the seal away.

Now, I also have a hard top that I know that will make the gap somewhat larger. I just want to know if this is okay or need to address it with the dealer again.

I just checked my car last night, 2008 with 10,000 miles. There is a very slight gap in that location, but nothing like the pictures posted above. I'd estimate it to be around 1mm at this time. I'll try to take a picture of mine this weekend and post it up for comparison.
