I installed Rick's badges yesterday on my car. It looks pretty good except I've got a bit of a dilemma. On the front, there is a residue left on the paint surface underneath the badges. This residue is due to the tape I used to mark the bottom of the old H emblem.

I can't seem to get rid of this residue. I used 3M adhesive removers, Zaino, and Meguiar's and none these works. Any suggestions? Is the paint damaged?:confused:

 

some have used goo-gone with success.
