I hear that the MY02-03 have dual anchors for their floor mats.

If that's true, can the 2nd anchor be fitted on a MY01?

or buy the kind that fits over the frame channel. They don't budge even without anchors.

I don't see why it couldn't be fitted.

The MY03 just has a hole with a grommet and a post that is bolted to the car. I had a 98 Civic and the floormats were recalled (could get stuck under a driver's foot or pedal) and they had the same thing retrofitted so I know you can do it easily.

Should be an easy retrofit.

http://www.handa-accessories.com for the anchors.
http://www.australia-goldcoast.com or Honda for mats with two eyelets.
