Question on Shifter Operation...??
I noticed from time to time when I shift into a gear, I get a slight grind. It happens whether the car is cold or warm. The clutch is down all the way as well. Operation can be smooth in one gear, but when shifting out to the next, I get this slight split second grind. Do I have a synchro problem? Thanks for your opinions. -Ken
Might have to do with your color selection
j/k
How many miles do you have on it??
The TSB normally would be for earlier MY but the dealer might be a place to take it to. After about 6k miles I notice this grind as the fluid in the tranny ages. I just changed mine again and back to better shifting. Might be worth a try.

Others (myself included) have found that the fluid degrades fairly quickly and the tranny can be a but temper-mental, so fresh fluid seems to help things out.
FWIW I change every 6000 miles to keep things in top order and I can tell a difference when the oil is starting to get old.
If you do a search you will find MUCH info on this topic as well as preferred fluids to use. For me Honda MTF works great. You may find other recommendations for your climate (might ask some of the regional owners what they use). I have tried synchromesh and hated it, went back to MTF changed every 6k and I'm a happy slick shifting camper.
