Default Quick insurance question

So the other day my mother smashed into my car because she hasn't the slightest idea how to drive, why she isn't in the kitchen? Who knows. Anyway, the damage is around a baseball sized scrape on the side of the rear bumper which goes down to plastic in 3-4 grooves. I'm assuming it will be cheaper to fix them my deductible, however, since I have suzuka blue if the paint shop does an awful job matching the paint, can I still force them to do it again, or should I attempt to claim the damage and have my insurance force them to paint it again.

I think you can say you are unhappy with it and if they are a reputable shop, they will redo it. The collision shop where I work has done that before due to an unhappy customer.

^^Agreed. Make sure you ask that before hand at the shop you take it to.

Okay thanks guys, because I'll make someone repaint the entire car if it looks like hell. This thing looks like its a year old right now.
