Quick Q for those who drive S2K in winter
I've been driving my S2000 this winter and I was wondering if any harm can be done when hardened snow hits the bottom of the car. I normally try to follow the trails on the road and on the busy streets it's fine, but in residential areas when I'm driving around the snow tends to build up in between the 2 trails. Sometimes it scraps the bottom of my car. Can this harm anything? Should I bet more careful?
Thanks
Thanks
You'll be fine, short of hitting some insanely big piece of ice...but that would likely smash up the front bumper first.
I go bombing through the alleys in mine, and yes, the section between the tire tracks is very high. I can hear it under me.

Basically what everyone has mentioned. The hardened ice pieces are the ones you need to be very careful with. They can alone put a good scraping underneath your car creating a gash. Be careful and drive safe.

This car was made for that kind of conditions...
