The comparisons are between Bell, V1 and Escort 9500. Good luck in your quest.

I like that the escort has the speed readout. Wouldn't that be clever if the s2000 had a little doohickey that would display your speed simply be looking down?? Oh well.

Funny thing is the escort reading is much more accurate. The 06 speedo reads about 3% off. Also the esscort is closer to your line of sight.

I like V1s but they're honestly really annoying. After a few hours in the car hearing those beeps for nothing, I gave it to a friend. I like the new Passport with GPS that lets you program speed traps into it.
Customize the programming for your area and you'll eliminate almost all of your false alarms.

Hell ya, cops have nothing better to do than mess with tuned cars these days, cryin shame the law has it eyes on petty stuff like us. Go rape, kill and steal, then its like theres nothing they can do against a real criminal.

I haven't been ticketed in the 7 years I've been using a Passport 8500. The new 9500 looks very interesting however.

V1, no doubt. I have had mine for nearly 4 years, not a single ticket; I was pulled over once for speeding, but I saw that the officer did not have his radar on and he saw I had a V1 and let me off with a warning.
