radio code...
sometimes it is in the owners manual, written on a card. it could also be in your glove compartment. mine was in neither spot. you can call the dealership and tell them your serial code on the radio they can pull it for you.
Same thing happened to me, and the dealer wouldn't give me the code over the phone. Had to get the serial number from the back of the radio, go to the dealership, and show them a copy of my license/registration to get the code. Pain in the arse...
You'll have to get it from the dealer. Don't let them tell you they need to pull the radio and charge you for it. Hold down the 1 and 6 key at the same time and turn it on and it will flash the serial number they need to retrieve the code.
It will pull up a list of around 10 possible codes. When the dealer starts putting them in, tell them to skip to the last on the list...because it's always the last one you would attempt to try.
