a degree or two above or below zero. no wind. wind chill factor makes it feel like zero.

How come they never tell you the wind chill factor in the summer..... Some summer on the east coast I'd like to hear:

"It's a hundred degrees outside right now but the shore breeze wind chill factor makes it feel like a pleasant 78 deg."
