I remember reading somewhere that when the gas light came on there was 2 gallons of fuel left? I could be pulling this out of my a$$... but...

2 gallons should be 50miles with conservative driving... but i've never tried it

I think honda is just trying to discourage people from driving around with VERY low amounts of fuel, sucking air bubbles through the filter.
yes its about right... our tank holds 13 gallons

happen to me when i was driving back from san francisco to los angeles the long way route... so i was 1 bar then after 2 miles of driving my ap2 gas bar is 0 i drove for about 45 or so miles i didnt wait its just there was no gas station around so when i was about to fill it up sure enough... 12.3 gallons for the full tank......

dont try it its fawkin scary..........

I agree with everything you said.

As for the gas gauge, even when it's illuminated and I have 0 bars left I can still do a good 75kms without any problems! And when I fill up at the gas station I'm always amazed to see that the S2K had quite a bit more fuel left.

I dont hear anything from my stock exhaust.. The gas release for me was harder to find than the secret compartment..
I like the DRL.. it kool to me.. but somehow now it makes me wonder if it could be like bright dark yellow like corvette.. I notice a distance of the 2 yellow dot from the corvette..

Considering people leave the car parked with the roof down, I think the gas door release is in a great spot as it is inaccessible when the door is shut/locked. Ever wonder why the boot release is in a lockable compartment?

Fuel gauge - why do you want to run down to empty anyway? I usually fill up when I have a couple bars left (AP1).

Fuel economy - did you work this out properly or are you just guessing due to your inaccurate fuel gauge? Above 5.5-6K rpm really sucks up the juice.

Ahh yes the fuel gauge. I have to say I'm used to the quick drain after the first 1/2 tank.
My old car did the same thing and it was an analog gauge. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as the S's from 1/2 to light in in 2.3 seconds.

Now as for the visor yeah I bought a couple of cd holders that are supposed to go arround the visors, but they can't. So I am still trying to find a use for them.
--
the problem seeing lights , yeah I thinkI need to do the seat lowering.
I hope this helps with the problem seeing the tach as well. Why did they make the acr almost identical to the steering wheel? Why not just a straight line?
