So if I get a JDM convex left-side mirror will it say this in japanesse. (Now thats trivia), Or are there less lawyers in Japan.
I was about to put my foot right in my mouth and say "It never says that on driver's side mirrors" then I remembered that in JDM-land, the driver isn't on the left

No, Honda assumes that S2000 owners are already smart enough to know that without having a label telling them.
Wrong! Honda was thinking that people driving S2000s must always be driving faster than anyone else, so side mirrors are irrelevant and don't need any warning labels j/k

I agree....it's almost insulting to the car to drive the speed limit...feels like I could run faster than that.

Another random Question:

Do MY02's have a factory alarm? I didn't think mine did then I opened the trunk once without unlocking the center console compartment and the horn started blaring!
Alarm was/(is?) a (I'm assuming factory) option. My 00 has one

there is a little black button under the steering collum that I assume has something to do with the alarm and then there is one of those little red LED lights added just behind the center cup holder about where the E-brake handle attaches...This sound like the factory or aftermarket alarm?

I'm curious to test it out and see how it arms...I have no idea what armed it that time. I used the "option" on the keyless entry to enable the horn bleep when the doors are locked/unlocked but I have no clue if locking the doors in this option mode sets an alarm.

I guess it's down to trail and error.

Sounds like aftermarket to me, but easy way to find out (this is what i did) trace the wires from the black button until you find a control box. On there should be sensitivity adjustment (if it has one) as well as a name and model number. You should be able to lookup instructions online.

Otherwise my exp. with alarms is that they arm when you lock the car and disarm when unlock using the remote. The black button should be your off button.

Also most alarms let you set it in valet mode, which basically disables the alarm so the valet doesn't have to worry about working it, maybe on your model the valet mode checks to make sure that if the center container is locked that the trunk stays locked as well (since you would lock the center box and give the valet his designated key which doesn't open that or the trunk).

Isn't it strange that there HAS to be a warning in the right hand side mirror telling you that "Objects may be closer then the appear" (or simular) but it is not necessary to have HID washers in the USA?

Now whats more important?
Stuff behind you.. or stuff in front of you?

I guess this is just a silly ppd raising question

The alarm has been and still is a dealer installed option on NADM cars. They never came from the factory that way.
