Time for another random question. This time, I was wondering, if any of you have as much trouble as I do seeing stop lights when I park at the white line. For just about every light in my area, when I stop on the line where I'm suppose to (first car in line) the bar accross the top of the windshield blocks my view. So I either have to crouch down to look out the windshield, or sit up really high and lean back to see over it.

Now I'm not all that tall (5'11") but my seat has to be almost all the way back to have my legs in proper position. This angle just puts that bar in my way, every, single, time. Now I know what those lower lights are for, the one that look like they'd be for pedestrians, except where there are no walkways.
We have one of those type signals in our area. First time I came up to it , I had to lay my head in the wife's lap to see the light. Now I stop with the front wheels just on the traffic sensor - about 2 car lengths back from the white line.

Speedometer Wont register 1 MPH??? Pantera speedometer has a pin in the face that wont let it go below 10 MPH. So who cares? It is the right side of the speedometer that we look at.

Hand position on steering wheel? Now I use 9 and 3. My co-driver is trying to teach me rally practices - hands at 9 and 3, never turn loose of the wheel or reposition hands. Turn the wheel as much as you can without repositioning. If that is not enough, finish turn with right foot.
