This says about all we know about this store. Sounds like one to avoid.

If anyone really is concerned and wants to know if they actually do have OEM hard tops, just pick up the phone and call them. The guy listed as being in charge of the site is active on Twitter and was posting as recently as this morning. My guess is they just have done a terrible job of keeping their web site current regarding out of stock parts. I doubt it's a deliberate scam. But if you really want to know, just call 'em, as the web site says.

From the web site:
About HondaPartsOnline.net

HondaPartsOnline.net is the national website of the parts department at Clark Knapp Honda, located in McAllen, Texas.

Contact Info

HondaPartsOnline.net
Clark Knapp Honda of McAllen
701 W. Business 83
McAllen, TX 78501

888-703-3228

Finally, please know that department manager Gib Goodrich oversees HondaPartsOnline.net - if you have a problem, call 888-703-3228 and let em' know you need to talk to Gib.

Yep, a phone call is easy. And it is Clark Knapp Honda. They have a couple of stores in the neighborhood.

I don't see how. I've ordered parts from an out of state dealer before and as soon as it came up as out-of-stock they refunded me.
