rear bumper plug silly ??

Default rear bumper plug silly ??

ok just pulled off the rear bumber plug and the tow hole was FULL of sand other stuff is this normal?

99.5% of the time my car is kept spotless but i never wash under the bumber....

just want to make sure it's not just me

You should have seen the amount of dirt we swept off Dan's foam plates when we pulled his bumper off on the cape 2 years ago.

Wanna loose some weight from your car pull the bumper off and vacuum/sweep in there!

When I had to have my car towed I popped that sucker off and found a twig in there!

My bumper is always full of sand and small rocks. I can hit it and it will leave an outline the shape of the bumper on the cement under the car. Also the tow hook could come in good, if you were to get stuck in a yard, or in the snow somewhere. Wouldn't have to risk tearing up anything under the car, or if you had a front lip, breaking that

ok thanks guys... didn't know if i was missing something that might have prevented sand etc but it appears to be a common problem
