yes those are the reflectors. on ap2 tails, the reflectors would be the outer ring of the middle turn signal circles.

 

honestly, the leds makes the car look so much nicer. especially at night. you can easily tell if you're following an s2k. i wish honda made the taillights like the g35's though. two rings of LEDs and turn signal blinks red on the outer circle.
