Default Rear plastic window noise.

Does your rear plastic window makes noise at high speeds

Mine does. The clear window plastic flaps with the black top. It only seems to do it on the passenger side and when its cold out (then again, when its warm, I never have the top up).

yes i have this as well, however i've been told numerous things, one of the experienced S2k guy's in my area should drive it sometime an tell me if there's anything else wrong with my car in particular

Not any longer. I fixed this infernal flapping because it was about to drive me crazy. I took some self stick velcro tape and cut it into pieces about 1/2"X1" and put about four of these pieces on each side. Make sure that the top is clean first. I tried to keep the velcro off of the window, that is why they are so narrow. It's been several weeks and the car has been through rain, snow, sleet and ice and it is still fine.

Mine does the same thing and I've wondered why it was designed with the overlapping flaps. By the way, on mine, it only happens on the right side.
