Default Rear view mirror glare?

Does anyone else notice that there's a lot of glare on the rear view mirror?

Is there anyway of getting rid of them?

In addition to the glare, it seems like everyone has the high beam on when I drive S. (probably not but since our car is so low, it just seems that way...)

I have an electrochromatic mirror in my other vehicle and have looked at installing a Gentex NVS mirror in the S2000.

$99 for the dimming model
$249 for the model with compass and temperature display

that mirror looks pretty neat especially with the temp and compass 2 things i miss from my jag. i wonder if the install is clean with the convertible top. I remember my brothers chrysler van which had a funky looking umbilical cable attached to the mirror for those feeds. might not do in our elegant and asthetic sports car interior! maybe just a good working mirror from another major car brand that u can get cheap in a junk yard that will fit.

i notice the glare too. my broadway mirror is better in that area but the mirror of the S is located too close to the frame that makes it hard to put the broadway on.
