Rear Window Replacement?
good luck. you'll most likely need a new top. the only way to install a new rear glass properly would be to remove the top.
my plastic rear window cracked in half a few months ago. i got a new sheet of clear plastic(boat window material) and cut out a bigger portion and double-sided taped it on temporarily for a few days. i took the car to an upholstery shop and the labor to remove the top, sew the new window on, and put it back on was $600. I found a perfect condition ap2 top with a glass window and had them install it. $750 total(got the top for super cheap).
I know this isn't your situation, but it might help a bit.

So I guess it's just better to replace the whole top...damn
EDIT: What if I just went for the hard top? Could I just put the soft top down and install the hardtop? Also, where can I get the OEM hardtop?
